Premium Support

The “Premium support” option allows you to obtain support for the configuration or the functioning of your MailCleaner (MailCleaner Cloud, MailCleaner Cloud Appliance, MailCleaner Virtual Appliance) according the following conditions:

  • Support Request by Ticketing System
  • By phone (8h-12h 14h-18h CET)
  • Remote access to your MailCleaner
  • Answer upon 4 business hours
  • Best effort outside
